Passport Requirement: Winners must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. Failure to provide a valid passport may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize Coverage

• Flight: Economy class round-trip flights to the Grand Finals destination.
• Hotel: Accommodation for the duration of the Grand Finals event (number of nights to be confirmed based on event schedule).
• Grand Final Tickets: Exclusive access to the MPL Grand Finals event, including seat reservations.

Excluded from Prize

• Food and Beverages: All meal expenses during the trip must be covered by the winner.
• Local Transportation: Any transport outside of the flight and designated hotel (such as airport transfers, local taxis, or public transportation) will not be covered.
• Basic Needs and Personal Expenses: Any personal items, necessities, or other travel-related costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

Important Exceptions

• The committee is not responsible for any incidents or mishaps during the flight or the trip, including but not limited to lost baggage, flight delays, cancellations, or any medical or legal issues.
• Winners are strongly advised to arrange personal travel insurance for additional protection.

Responsibility Disclaimer: The committee will not be liable for any unforeseen events, travel disruptions, or incidents that occur outside of the prize coverage. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Issues related to health, legal matters, or immigration.
• Any delays, changes, or cancellations of flights or accommodations that arise due to circumstances beyond the committee’s control.
