Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager in conceptualizing, planning, and executing project events or Tournament Handling.
• Ensure strict adherence to the budget agreed upon with the client.
• Set and deliver services based on the timeline agreed upon with the client.
• Handle operational and Tournament to ensure projects are efficiently delivered.
• Provide suggestions on how to enhance an event.
• Ensure prompt steps are taken to resolve any issues that may jeopardize the success of an event.
• Coordinate with logistic teams (transportation, F&B, production, registration, marketing, broadcast, and operation) during pre-event, show day, and post-event to ensure the project runs smoothly as agreed.
• Analyze the success of an event and prepare post-event reports.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to work with the team according to project needs.

Job requirements:

• Familiar with League Operations.
• Good communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Required languages: English (Intermediate) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for esports or gaming industries will be a big plus.

• Create concepts and ideas for live show events.
• Create and manage timelines for the preparation of events, the event day, and post-event activities.
• Brief and manage stage design, camera flow, lighting plotting, audio requirements, and LED content.
• Brief and manage broadcast assets (2D, 3D, and motion).
• Communicate and manage inter- and intra-divisional activities.
• Communicate and manage the broadcast and show crew during event preparation.
• Communicate with clients and manage client expectations.
• Be able to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions.

• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer/associate producer at a TV station, event, or digital media.
• Having knowledge of live broadcast and live show events.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to speak English.

• Assist the Show Producer to create concepts and ideas for live show events
• Checklist item and manage all docs during prep, execution, and post event
• Assist the Show Producer, collect & manage all requested assets from 2D, 3D, & Motion Team)

• Have a deep interesting of Broadcasting & Live Show Event
• Good communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Required languages: English (Intermediate) and Bahasa Indonesia.

• A bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (Event, Marketing, & IT will be prioritized)
• Passionate about the Esports/Gaming/Event industry
• Proficient in creating proposals
• Lead strategic planning for developing concepts, ideas, and plans to successfully achieve objectives and surpass the competition
• Experience leading brand strategy, including developing brand proposals from scratch
• Experience in creating and presenting presentations, structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to clients
• Develop creative and brand strategies that direct marketing efforts and activations across verticals in respective countries
• Provide brand and creative input in strategy, campaigns, and projects
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
• Expertise in research and data analysis to inform business decisions
• Strong understanding of the region and culture, with a keen eye for relevant and upcoming trends
• Extensive experience in copywriting, with expert written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts

• Preferred bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
• At least 1 year experience in League Operations.
• Excellent communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Administrative skills to undertake project technical support functions.
