TEAM MANAGER

Team Operations: Manage schedules for scrims, tournaments, training, and events. Monitor performance, ensure professionalism, and enhance player synergy and morale through collaboration with coaches and analysts.

Player Relations: Serve as the main liaison between players, coaches, and the organization. Support player development, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment.

Administrative & Logistics: Coordinate travel, accommodations, and tournament registrations. Oversee compliance with regulations, manage budgets, and maintain documentation, including contracts and performance records.

 

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the esports or gaming industry

Strong understanding of esports, game mechanics, and competitive gaming environments

Proficient in english is a plus

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, Fostering a positive and collaborative environment

strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules, events, and team dynamics effectively

Experience in conflict resolution and performance management

willingness to travel for events amd reside in a gaming house

strong networking skills and relationships within the esports community
